Job Description

Job Summary:
  • The position is directly report to VPHR and work closely with HR leaders for the implementation of HR strategy, HR programs, projects, activities and HR initiative including talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture, communication, change management, rewards and recognition in Coca-Cola Bottler, Southern Thailand (Haadthip PCL.)
  • The position formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management, employees and stakeholders that reflects the business objectives.
  • Works closely with VPHR and coordinate with all stakeholders and all level of employees to deliver HR Initiatives & service in line with the needs and priorities.
  • Initiative of improving work relationships, build morale, employee wellbeing, culture, rewards & recognition, career development etc.
  • Support guidance, advice, input, or solutions on business & people concerns e.g. organizational implication, restructures, workforce planning, talents & succession planning and HR application.
  • Leverages various HR application to build the quality and accuracy of HR data sets, reports, dashboard, metrics, and the executive reports to management team for business decisions, and promoting employee engagement though HRMS
  • Ensure timely deployment of various core HR programs e.g. HR reports and analytics, talent acquisition, talent management, performance & rewards management, training & development, job evaluation, engagement and culture, recognition program, etc. to take through to action engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
  • Gather employee feedback and identify HR implication, trends and themes, develop interventions and engage senior stakeholders behind required action.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 Duties/Responsibilities: Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of HR principles, theories, applications, tools and others e.g. local Labor Law, Employee Relations, Center of Excellent (COE), People Development, Employee Experiences, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management,Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), high TOEIC score may be required.
  • Able to handle multi tasks, and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: words, excel and excellent in power point
  • IT skills and experiences in HR application and other related applications is preferred.
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels in a highly diverse, multiculturaland matrix work environment.
  • Proactive, independent, meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
  • Analytical, logical thinking skills, excellent in problem solving
  • Initiative, integrity, teamwork, mutual trust & respect, customer focus, self-development
  • Ability of multi - tasking in a fast-moving working environment
Education and Experience:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is preferred but also open to other fields.
  • At least 5 yearsexperience in HR with strong business partnering experience in a managerial capacity from MNCs. Experiences in the FMCG or relevant industries is preferred.
  • Certified Professional would be advantage.
Physical Requirements:
  • Based in Bangkok and able to travel in Hat Yai and Suratthani, occasionally other provinces in Southern Thailand.
  • A one man/woman show job, and collaboration conceptual with all stakeholders including customer focus.
  • Hold a valid driving license as preferred.
