Job Summary:
- Work with Learning & Development Manager and Learning & Development Representatives to develop Learning Plan.
- Liaise with Learning & Development Representatives from other departments for training materials and logistics
- Ensure all learning Plans are in place and properly implemented
- Develop and deliver management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, evaluation and costs, etc.
- Continuously improve Learning and Development process, procedures to fit with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, BBA or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Training or related fields
- Good command of English and Computer literacy
- Good relationship and service mind, together with ability to work with people from different levels and functions
- Highly organized, Meticulous attention to detail
