Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR Policy, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, HR Communications, Expat management, Health and Work Environment, Disciplinary and Labor related, Safety, Facility and Administration.

Qualification:

• Solid background in compensation and benefits, budgeting.
• Experience in HR communications on-line and off-line, HR activities/Employee relations to promote employee well-being.
• Strong knowledge in labor law, personal income tax, social security, provident fund and related
• Experience in HR policy, disciplinary management and Expat management.
• University graduated.
• Good command of English communications.
• Conceptual thinking with ability to work into detail.
• Innovative and open-minded.
• Self-motivation and self-initiative.
• Willingness to learn new things and change.
