Location : This position will be based at FrieslandCampina Thailand
Plant in Samrong, Samutprakarn.
Overall Responsibility ;
1. Lead and execute Learning & Development pillar for WCOM project such as
- Develop & implement "Capability Framework for supply Supply Chain Organization.
- Develop & Implement skill structure for blue collar positions to enhance capability
- Plan , budget and implement Supply Chain Development Program for SR & LS plants
- To ensure the selection of proposed vendor/ trainer is appropriate and ensure the selected vendor/trainer deliver as required.
- To ensure the application of knowledge & skills that the employees derive from training programs have been taken to apply in their jobs.
- To coordinate & facilitate in-house/ public training programs.
- To implement the evaluation and measurements of skills development ladder and align with career development.
2. To build, communicates and embed our culture/ core values/ expected behaviors in our daily working process.
3. To plan and execute employee engagement programs and communication to enhance employee engagement.
4. To assist in talent and succession management and performance management process.
5. To co-pilot with Operations Leadership Team in formulation people and HR strategy and execution plans to align with Supply Chain and Corporate Directions.
Required Qualifications;
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree in related fields
- Have Skill structure development, Competency and people development
- Knowledge of Change management, Organization development and interventions
- Proficient in English communication
- Have Interpersonal and communication skill, Listening skill, Presentation skill, Facilitation skill and Analytical skill
- Computer skill (Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop)
