An exciting manufacturer is looking for HRBP (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected manufacturing based in Chonburi. Reporting directly to the HR Director this is a role for a HR who is interested in global firm.

About the HRBP Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad people development strategy, delivering the highest HR quality service to support the growth of business. You will also take the lead providing direction to all HR activities.

The salary range for this role is THB 60K to 80K per month + provident fund + fixed/variable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs based on business strategy
• Implement and develop HR-processes, recruitment, compensation & benefits, reward & recognition programs, performance management, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, culture development
• Development planning and supportive processes within the organisation and drive human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee activities, employee relations etc.
• Manage internal communication about HR policy and business requirements to employees and management level
• Collaborate with management level to advise performance management and organisational capability
• Provide advice for workforce and organisation changes

To succeed in this role, you must have self-initiative, hands on, people oriented and strong leadership skill.

Key Requirements:

• Thai native, 30-40 yrs old
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Solid experience on change management, agility, HR core values, talent/succession management, Com&Ben and organisational development
