- Handle recruitment and selection activities, manage recruitment channel.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Analysis and select effective recruitment tools.
- Interview candidates combining various methods e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and product.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age not over 25 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment field.
- Good command of reading and understanding English.
- Able to work well under pressure with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Eager to learn, open mind and team player person.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment agency will be advantage.
