Job Description

Our client is a well known financial services company in Thailand. Currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the general administrative that supports the achievement of the organization's business goals. 


  • Organizing administrative support to the team, including administration works, and any other administrative support as required.
  • Acting as an office manager to manage a well being of the office.
  • Being the first point of contact for both employees and clients, including manning the main telephone line and assisting with visiting guests.
  • Helping with organization of office, general events, and activities.
  • Facilitating and arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and enjoyable working environment.
  • Liaising with the board and the accountant such as receipts and tax invoices, maintain a good filling system, reports and follow-ups on outstanding issues.
  • Monitoring and recording employee records such as timesheets and leave requests.
  • Instructing employees regarding administration and HR procedures.
  • Processing visa and work permit for expat employees.
  • Other assignment as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in HR operation work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office, and etc.
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Fast learner and Self-motivated individual
