Job Description

Position:                   HR Manager

Location:                  Pluakdang, Rayong 

Salary Range:           Up to 80K

Working Hours:         Monday - Saturday *Some Saturday (Maximum 2 Saturdays/month)8:00 - 17:05
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations of Human Resource to ensure that implementation of strategies improving operations and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HR operations
  • Develop and implement personnel policies to support business goals and to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements, human rights compliance and best practices
  • Manage the processes of HR Planning, Merit Increase, Salary Adjustment, compensation and benefits, employee services and manpower planning.
  • Develop HR programs including recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, career and succession planning as well as talent motivation and retention.
  • Develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinates to other Line Manager in scope of HR and related functions
  • Implements new HR tools & HR project for HR Development.
  • Other tasks as assigned."

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years up in big manufacturing business (2,000+ employees)
  • Minimum 7 years minimum experience in HR Development
  • Experience in HR management, Salary benefits management, employee disciplinary action and employee relation field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and other related laws.t
  • Fluent in both written and spoken business English *Equivalent TOEIC 700
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advance Level Excel)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Able to communicate smoothly at all levels
  • Strong logical thinking and fully service mind.
  • Leadership skills
