Job Description

HR Manager - People Development is responsible for the full scope of HR Department’s operations to support the respective organization has excellent execution of all HR matters to meet its business objectives both short and long term. He/she is responsible to develop and strengthen the capacity of individuals and organization through organization development framework, career planning, leadership development, and succession planning that aligns with business plan and priorities. The deliverables are expected to increase employee engagement, knowledge, and skill and ultimately to fulfill the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Learning and Development & Talent Management

  • Develop and execute the entire training process, needs assessment, development, solution and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training for employees
  • To provide training roadmap and annual training plan for employees
  • Establish and oversee people development strategy and annual planning
  • Execute the Employee Development Program with excellent results
  • Monitor the Succession planning process and Talent review process
  • Critical role/function identification and turn into talent pipeline plan
  • Involve in all Talent Development Programs

Career Development and Succession Plan

  • Identify current and future competencies / capabilities needed for successful performance in leadership positions that aligns with business needs
  • Adopt assessment strategy to understand future leader's strengths, developmental opportunities, and succession readiness
  • Execute comprehensive IDP for selected talent for each position that identify key strengths and areas of development
  • Work closely with line managers to coach and develop a follow-up programs to ensure the development goals are achieved

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related fields
  • Have direct experience in Talent Management, Modern HR development in competency, Succession Planning will be an advantage.
  • Solid HR knowledge and experiences
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, completing multiple tasks whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills including tolerance and flexibility
  • Good communication (written and oral) in Thai and English
  • Computer literacy in MS Office is essential
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-motivated with can do attitude
