Job Description

HR Manager -Lamphun

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, budget and initiatives aligned
  • with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
  • issues.
  • Cultivate a positive and modern working environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program including payroll, social security, attendance and welfare actions among other administrative duties.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide corporate support to the Direction when required.

Salary : Negotiable depending on former background

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Senior in a manufacturing entity.
  • BOI experience is welcome.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills either in Thai and English.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labour law and modern international HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
