• Bachelor’s degree in any fields with proven record from solid experience as head of HR from medium size organization for minimum 5 years
• Understanding of business management and inter-relationship between these disciplines
• Demonstrate strengths in recruitment, performance management, organization development
• Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal skills and functional technical skills with exposure to manufacturing operations
