JOB SUMMARY:

A HR Manager will support the growth and profitability of the company by ensuring top recruiting, retaining, and developing of talent in an attractive working environment using the keep it smart and simple principle.  

Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

• Complete creation of the HR department ensuring that the HR Function is sufficient for the pace of growth and changes that the business is or may face in the future
• Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of policies and procedures
• Support Organizational restructuring as a result of changes in Business Strategy or expansion plan
• Create and roll out of Performance Appraisal & Training and Development frameworks
• Provide operational support and professional expertise on all personnel matters within the organization, ensuring compliance to the local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices
• Implement competitive and performance-driven compensation program, ensuring competitive position within the market; Being proactive in the design and implementation of a variable incentive programs.
• Facilitate creation of Job Descriptions and KPI’s
• Ensure professional employee lifecycle including onboarding and induction in line with the company values.

Public Relations:

• Organize periodic renewal of liceneses, permits, etc
• Ensure timely submission and renewal of visas and work permits and Group Medical Insurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder in any field.
• Must hold a minimum of 3- 5 years in Human Resources experiences.
• HR experience  in Restaurants chain will be a plus.
• Expert Knowledge of Thai Labor Law
• Capability of independently generating, prioritizing, planning and meeting requirements
• Maturity and ability to build personal credibility and a trustful HR environment
• Personal integrity and high ethical values
• People orientation, showing respect and strong desire to improve customer satisfaction
• Cross-cultural awareness
• Good in oral and written skill in English.
