Work with line manager to motivate people through achievement, recognition, career growth and salary advancement.
To develop and implement policies such as cleanliness, tidiness safety work condition as well as employee’s health and wellness.
Contact community leaders, farmers and government agencies.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Science, Human Resource Management or relate.
At least
8 years of sound experience human resource management at manager level.
High motivation and ability to influence other without authority.
