Our client is a fast-growing startup agency which want to modernize the translation and localization market with 100% remote and flexible work without rigid old style work structures.

Due to the rapid expansion, they are looking for a HR Generalist who will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.  The role will be two parts in the beginning:

1. Sourcing and recruiting employees for different positions. 
2. Setting up the HR department. You will be the HR department and you will build it according to your own expertise and you will see how the department will be growing with you on the top. Your decisions will shape the company!

You are or have:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
  • Thai Nationality
  • Able to work directly together with the CEO.
  • Motivation to grow together with the company.
  • Confident in speaking English and Thai
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
