Leads the change management projects and manages the People and Organization related Internal Communication and to be strategic Partner with Management team and line Manager, and represents People and Organization at the internal clients per Business Unit
Support Business Leaders on the development and implementation of the P&O strategic plan
Propose relevant and impactful P&O solutions to the business
Shape the nature of P&O program, processes, policies, and service delivery based on the business environment/ strategy
Drive leadership development and organizational change initiatives, Manage changes to P&O processes based on business initiatives
Support and foster associate advocacy
Function as an advisor, mediator, or coach, where questions of workforce, talent and organizational matters
Partner with the business to identify, assess, reward, and develop talent
Bring best practices to the design and implementation of workforce and talent initiatives that align with the key business objectives
Model and instill a talent focused culture/ organizational values within the business
Participate in recruitment panels, conduct interviews, complete evaluation forms, and support other key recruiting activities as needed
Collaborate with the business leader on the implementation of organization designed changes and ensure they are aligned with The-Five principles and defined global principles
Identify and address P&O trends with targeted and insightful solutions that impact the business
Shape the nature of P&O program, processes and service delivery based on the business environment/ strategy and talent implications
Counsel Line Managers and business leadership on a broad range of P&O matters
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any fields with at least 5 years experience in HR Management
Background in FMCG is preferred
Good understanding of people process such as recruitment, Associate Development, performance management
Strong Coaching and counseling skill
High ethical standards, passion in people, good motivating and influencing skill
