• Consult with line management and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Provide HR policy guidance.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring.
• Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum.
• Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees.
• Collaborate with the legal department when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
• Full understanding of all HR functions.
• Understand the routes and strategies of the business expanding abroad.
• Understand the strengths, weaknesses and factors that contribute to business success in the domestic market.
• Fluent in English skill both written and speaking skill   (Toeic 550Up)
