Job Description

Department:               Human Resources

Job Location:            Head Office, Pakin Building – Ratchadapisek Road

Report to:                  Human Resources Development and Recruitment Manager 

Job Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding  

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding process and manage related documents.
  • Coordinate to arrange induction program and on-the job training for new hire.  Enroll new hire to online compliance training in a timely manner.

Learning and Development 

  • Perform daily operations, provide administrative support and coordinate with internal external parties to deliver trainings and activities.  Manage related documents.  
  • Maintain accurate training records in the system on a regular basis. 
  • Coordinate with plant HR and head office to gather data for HRD monthly reports. Ensure accuracy of data and on-time submission. 
  • Submit training documents in Department of Skill Development’s website and follow up to get approval. Ensure 100% compliance with DSD’s regulations. 
  • Create articles to encourage learning culture organization on a bi-monthly or monthly basis.  

Others 

  • Provide administrative support and project support to Human Resources Department as assigned.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Male or Female, Thai nationality, age not over 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Intermediate in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, flexible, service-minded, growth mindset.
  • Initiatives and eager to learn new things.  
  • Results-oriented, multi-tasking and time management skills.  
  • Strong attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and sensitive data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment. 

Experience: 

  • Minimum  1-3 year proven experience in HR role or related functions.
