Qualification:
-Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Hands-on working style
-“Can-do” attitude is a must
-Detail-oriented
-Basic knowledge in HR matters
Responsibilities:
-Assist HR Manager on admin work
-Take care of all facilities in the office
-Take care of company asset
-Coordinate with suppliers
-SSO, work permit and visa
-Willing to go out of the office to complete the tasks/contact government sector
-Handle all paper works that related to HR or as assigned by manager from time to time
-Recruiting for some positions
-Other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
