    Responsibilities:

    • Perform administrative duties as requested by Manager and Management team.
    • Manage procurement of all office supplies; stationaries, equipment and furniture.
    • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Procure goods and services required by concerned department in the best conditions of price, quality and timing.
    • Control the life time of company agreement and other contracts.
    • Coordinate/work with requestors for sourcing plan.
    • Support all internal and external HR activities, such as training schedule & follow up report, company trip, compliance, etc.
    • Maintain the staffs leaving report and keep it up-to-date and complete. (Time Attendant).
    • Supporting the implementation of HR projects.
    • Handle visa and work permits for expatriate employee.
    • Work closely with HR Manager to ensure that HR and Operation systems are implemented.
    • Perform administrative and general office tasks.
    • Office equipment and electrical equipment maintenance (managing suppliers).
    • Office stationary and office utilities control.
    • Perform administrative and general office tasks.
    • Handle the Driver and Maid job.

    Qualifications:

    • Age 25- 30 years old.
    • Bachelor's degree of human resource management or related field.
    • Has working experience in HR or Administration job 1-3 years.
    • Able to work well as part of an efficient team and follow direction.
    • Self-motivated, flexible, service minded with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
    • Service mind and good interpersonal skill
    • Good command of English (Speaking and Writing)
