Our client is a fast-paced MNC organization that is growing exponentially. With a strong determination to be a leading beauty, skin care, and lifestyle brand, they are expanding footprints in SEA. Since the business has been growing rapidly, so they are looking for an HR and Admin Manager who is strong in communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to be flexible and coordinate with many different type of stakeholders and be able to adapt in dynamic environment to help client to expand business.  

This position is to provide a comprehensive HR & Administrative  service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.

The HR and Admin manager can expect their role to be hands-on and will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policy, procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
