Based at our factory office in Bangkok - Bangyai, Nonthaburi

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR & general administrative support to Head of Operations and HQ HR
• Day-to-day HR operations and duties such as interview arrangement, onboarding, confirmation, exit, leave management, time attendance, updating databases etc.
• Support the roll-out of HR projects or initiatives
• Plan and coordinate the employee engagement activities for the Company
• Prepare monthly reports such as leave report, time attendance report etc. to HQ
• Maintain proper filing system for smooth data retrieving
• Participate and provide support for projects and events
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
• 2 years in HR Admin experience in a generalist scope
• Good command of English – written and spoken required
• Experience in using HR system for payroll, claims, leave etc. is advantageous
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices and Thailand labor law
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work at Bangyai, Nonthaburi
