Job Description

Our client is the leading Gaming and Esport entertainment industry is located close to BTS Thonglor station is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.


Job responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed quarterly sales targets for your division in Thailand.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with direct clients and agencies to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Analyzing and reporting campaign results to clients.
  • Utilize campaign data to build solid recommendations for new campaigns and/or products.
  • Assist in building a sales team to increase pressure in the market and to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising/sponsorship.
  • Excellent network with media agencies and direct clients.
  • Have the experience in managing a sales team in Thailand with a high ability to lead from the front.
  • Fluent in English for both speaking and writing (Direct line manager is European)
  • A keen eye to seek out prospective clients and new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer market and trends within the advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as a head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions)


More Information

Salary: Up to 150K / month

Benefits: Variable bonus **Company benefits will be informed upon the interview process**

Working days: Mon – Fri (9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.)
