Head of Sales – Food Packaging Machinery

Job Opportunity:

Analyze sales performance, make annual sales plan and sales budget.
Define and implement sales & promotion strategies.
Product positioning strategies and price setting.
Focus on sales target each month.
Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships.
Assess clients' needs and resources and recommend the appropriate solution to meet customers' requirement.
Perform monthly sales forecasting and competitive analyses.
Ensure sales team is in line with company sales target and always encourage new business promoted.

Qualifications:

Male/Female, Thai nationality,
Bachelor Degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years’ sales experience in Food & Packing Machinery.
Fluent in English communication skills
Good Presentation and Interpersonal Skills with business mindset.
Able to travel overseas.
