Our Client is a world’s leading building materials manufacturer and construction solutions provider. Our client has a portfolio that is equally balanced between developing and mature markets.

They are now looking for a Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive company values and philosophy and ensure all sales training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
• Manage the delivery of training and development program (monthly and yearly) and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
• Drive Cooperation from cross functional senior management team on functional capabilities requirement to draw roadmap of commercial development program align with expectations.
• Develop Master Plan Covering Assessment, Training, Coaching and Certification.
• Initiate and develop sales functional competency, set framework, roadmap, business plan and annual implementation and field coaching schedule to develop sales team capabilities.
• Develop and implement guidelines regarding career development planning and succession planning.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or necessary.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Thai Nationality ONLY
• Age 38-50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 10 years’ sales experiences in a B2B (Building Materials)
• Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented yet able to work independently
• Certified Trainers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English
