Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide the long-term strategic direction for Residential Business Units including business plan and growth, goal setting, communication, project team coaching, and accountability.
• Ensure the successful delivery of the project in terms of product design development and conceptual, progress, quality and cost budgetary constraints, stakeholder satisfaction at each stage of project, Pre-Sales and After-Sales Management.
• Provide new requirements for business development and design in order to meet opportunities in Residential market trend.
• Develop and implement the policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule, including monitoring project tasks and workflows in order to complete the project on schedule and controlling project costs.
• Oversee and provide consultant to team members on issues that impact the project and managing them through to resolution.
• Control of project expenditures on products and services to ensure the objectives of the project within the agreed budget.
• Strong networking with qualifying contractors and key vendors in the Residential market
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire portfolio of Residential Business to inform reporting and commentary as needed
• Give direction, drive and inspire the working team to grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality with at least 15 years’ experience in Project Management in Residential Real Estate industry
• Master’s Degree in any related fields.
• Must have worked on large scale in housing and high rise building development projects from inception to completion
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal styles
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  Ability to prioritize and plan effectively qualifications.
