The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Head of PMO will lead a team of strategists responsible for conducting research efforts and project to manage global cross-functional Compete initiatives. Your team will work with stakeholders and deliver high-quality strategy and deliverables to senior leadership.
  • Formulating strategy and critical initiatives via business frameworks and quantitative analysis to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Key person in leasing between Internal and External parties for crucial marketing projects and deliver from execution to final results.
  • Work alongside business teams on the implementation plan, timeline, and measurement of international business initiatives.
  • Manage and implement the budget, business forecasts, and team's OKR to ensure the team will deliver results most effectively and efficiently.
  • Able to lead presentation and meetings among C-levels, the board of directors, and high-level executives.
  • Establish and manage a project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting
Minimum qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of commercial, strategy, deal-making, and senior stakeholder management experience.
  • 3 - 5 Years' experience in Retail or E-commerce background, Internet company background
Preferred qualifications:
  • Five years of experience in equity analysis, Project Management
  • Ability to inspire followership across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders through judgment and data.
  • Ability to work with cross-department, function, cross-culture, and work under high pressure under tight timeframe given
  • Fluent in English: written, reading, speaking. Chinese is Optional
