- Supervise daily operations of the investment activities, including trade operations, fund operations
- External vendor management, including brokers, custodian, and fund administrators
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure investment activities are comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement
- Manage and coach individuals of the team
- Deliver administrative assistance for the Wealth Manager to meet front office and operational needs
Requirements
- Degree in finance, accountant, business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in asset management firm or securities firm
- Strong prior people management experience
- Familiar with the current SEC regulatory
- Excellent product knowledge in Mutual Fund, Private Fund
