Job responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development, execution and measurement of content on social platforms such as Tiktok, FB and Instagram, as well as our influencer marketing.
• To find any and all additional channels of distribution.
• Working together with international markets to create and optimize brand and campaign related content that drives engagement and performance and plan the campaign and content calendar.
• Measure outcomes every day and iterate your strategy where necessary.
• Build a team of ambitious individuals with a growth mindset and the ability to build the most beloved Smile Cosmetics Brand in Thailand

Qualification:

• Prefer no more than 35 years old
• Have 4-6 years of experience working in marketing for a digital native or FMCG Brand
• Live and breathe social organic, KOLs, content, partnerships, SEO and CRM marketing
• Experience in start-up B2C business and P&L are Big Plus
• Experience in team Management and Team coaching
• Able to work in international environment or have a modern/ international mindset
• Good command of English (Report directly to MD in Thailand and Regional Head of Marketing in SG)
