Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a one of Asia's fastest growing online businesses. Our client is seeking an executive with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing in e-commerce or digital platforms for the job of Head of Marketing. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will create, implement and drive the marketing strategy within Thailand, as well as work with internal and external stakeholders to accurately reflect the ambition and vision of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns through both online and offline channels.
- Manage monthly and annual budgets to effectively deliver campaigns and communication strategy.
- Raise brand awareness, working with global and regional colleagues to ensure alignment.
- Increase media share through strategic PR initiatives, coordinating with external agencies, significant social media influencers and business stakeholders.
- Align online and offline marketing strategy through digital marketing team.
- Manage bi-annual press events.
- Produce monthly reports regarding ROI of marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration, management or related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in marketing e-commerce or technology start-up
- Leadership experience
- Experience in a start-up environment would be highly advantageous
- Good English-speaking ability
- Thai nationals only
