Head of Investor Relations/Head of Investor Relations

Duties & Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

• Initiating and executing corporate communications and investor relations strategy to support the Company's business objectives.
• Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial and business performance to investors

• Lead in providing complete information to analysts/investors with full compliance with SET/SEC regulations through various communication channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the investment community, regulators, financial institutions, and investors  
• Creating presentations, press releases and other communication materials for earnings releases and industry events to relevant stakeholders.

Sustainability

• The development, implementation and management of the sustainability strategy.
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders in order to ensure alignment and anchoring of the sustainability agenda.
• Track sustainability KPIs, drive the data collection and prepare KPI reports and continue developing the KPI framework and structure.
• Create presentations and recommendations to management team

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in investor relations, road shows or conferences.

• At least 3-5  year of experience in Sustainable and/or CSR

• Experience for external networking on sustainable is needed

• Have a good knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulations and appropriate requirements.

• Good command of English.
