PRTR is working with an international banking group who are now looking for a Head of Institutional Sales to lead their small institutional sales team to continued success. This is an ideal role for dedicated and experienced financial services professional
with a strong background in institutional equities to take a step up in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Taking overall responsibility for the achievement of the division's set financial targets.
- Ensuring there is a steady pipeline of new business opportunities through a combination of client visits, roadshows, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new markets to deliver in.
- Creating new strategies and ideas to deliver the group's financial products to existing and new clients.
- Overseeing analysis and due diligence reports on new products and opportunities as well as report on the progress of existing products and clients.
- Ensuring the department is in compliance with relevant regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience leading a team to success.
- A very strong understanding of experience in institutional equities.
- Fluent in both English and Thai - spoken and written.
- A results-driven self-starter who possesses excellent presentation skills.
