Position:           Head of HR Talent and Succession Planning (250-300K)

Our client is a leader in Retail, Restaurant, Food and Beverage Business in Thailand and Asian Countries. They have more than 50,000 employees in 14 countries around the world.


  • Oversee the talent and performance management cycle, building talent portfolio and ensure they have quality development through business assignment and stage
  • Support driving of business performance through talent and performance management activity such as talent spotting, talent development program, succession planning and career planning
  • Closely work with Academy program design team to create talent development plan to address immediate capability & resourcing issues  across all business, ensuring alignment between talent and  academy activities
  • Coach Line Managers / Function Heads / Directors to ensure the right approach when spotting talent and identifying development activities for each talent group and ensure they understand the importance of Talent and Performance management within the overall performance cycle
  • Manage Corporate key skills and capability required for functions through Competency Management and Multiple skills pools
  • Provide support to ensure Line Managers assume full accountability to identify and develop talents within their area


  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities. Specialization in Human Resources Management is desirable.
  • At least 5-8 years’ relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Talent management or Organisation Development.
  • Strong demonstrable experience of Human Resources planning, design and implementation of progressive HR strategies, systems, procedures and practices
  • Excellent management & leadership skills
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in communication and report writing
  • Excellent skills in facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages among staff, partners & stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrable commitment to supportive teamwork
  • Creative and takes initiative
  • Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
