Job Description
- Provide strategic HR consultancy and work closely with Head of BUs in all related HR issues
- Deliver solution and integrate HR strategy and business needs to support a business sustainable growth
- Responsible for overall HR function across BUs to ensure that the process is facilitated and continued developing to be aligned with Corporate HR policy e.g. performance management, employer branding, talent acquisition, and development, etc.
- Act as Business Partner for assigned BU to support or assist with the strategic development and to increase productivity, HR legal compliance and execute strategies to manage performance and retain key employees
- Responsible for Staffing process e.g. recruiting, transferring, promoting and career development in assigned BU with efficiency and ensure that all process are aligned with Corporate HR policy
- Supervise HR Operation Team and manage their performance to be aligned with business direction and objectives
- Responsible for leading and managing all HR-related project assignments
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience of overall HR function with strong team management
- Strong background of HR Generalist or Business Partner in Local or Regional role
- Knowledgebase of labor law or HR process and understanding of HR tools and practices
- Strong management processes, e.g. planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision making, and clear results focus
- Confidence in negotiating situations with strong English communication skills
- Have a Retail Business background would be preferable
