Overseeing all HR operations as the Corporate HR Head, covering the areas of both HR management and organization development.
Leading and standardising OD functions to create a sustainable and effective HR foundation in the areas of development which covers organizational design, organizational effectiveness, job evaluations, salary structure, performance management, and succession
Leading HR related change and transformation projects.
Working closely with the Head of BUs or the GM to align HR initiatives and project implementation for organizational effectiveness.
Acting as a Business Partner to assist the senior management in the alignment amongst HR OD, HR overall functions and business directions.
Overseeing employee engagement, culture and communication to promote HR practices and achieve the goal of employer of choice.
Coaching the HR team for constant capability development and work efficiency.
Thai national with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
At least 10 years of work experience in HR functions concentrating on OD.
Direct experience in team management.
Preferably experience from a restaurant, food retail and other retail businesses.
Self-initiative with experience in transformation or change management.
Ability to manage stakeholders across levels in traditional work culture; strong resilient skills.
