Head of Department International Sales

We are searching for an experienced Head of Department International Sales to lead our International Business based. This globally aware leader will be responsible for developing the international strategic  and sales plans based on company goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers and markets.
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets
• Directly manage major and developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
• Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Male
• Thai nationality only
• Age 32-40 yrs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, or related field required
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years minimum experience in International Sales for telecom business
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Must be well organized and have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Must be a strategic problem-solver, an influences with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts
