Job Description

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This leadership role will require a strong entrepreneurship and self-starter mindset as you will be responsible to manage all commercial relationships within the  Electronics and Home appliances category and ensuring the category hits its revenue goals. 

 The candidate will be responsible to hire, manage, and develop a strong team responsible to manage new business development, key account/ brand relationships and establish and execute marketing and merchandising strategies to successfully operate online. This position requires a strong service and customer-first mindset, problem spotter, and solver the willingness to find the right compromise for the success of the commercial relationship. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy for the category 
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company including business partnerships 
  • Train, and manage a team of Brand Account Managers to help grow and manage your portfolio of Clients. This will continue to grow as the category grows or the categories under management grow. 
  • Developing marketing and online merchandising and promotion strategies to achieve sales targets 
  • Retain and optimize key brand relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring the right assortment 

QUALIFICATION:

  •  Ideally, 7+ years of working experience preferably in brand management, merchandising in Electronics and Home appliances
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data
  • Working with stakeholders in an international environment
  • Experience in eCommerce a plus
  • Previous management and leadership experience, working as a Brand Manager or Category Manager for a retailer 
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
