Roles:

Compliance Program

• Develop the appropriate compliance programs to ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory compliance strategies, and business requirements
• Assessing, monitoring and reporting company performance in regarding with legal compliance and regulatory compliance policy

• Maintain and update the Compliance Breach Register of the company

• Assessing, monitoring and identify to compliance in risk management in the business unit’s operations

• Liaising with external organization compliance related in company risk management

• Submit the compliance reports to CFO and other reports upon requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in law, or legal
• At least 5 years working experienced preferred
• Must have good command both speaking and writing in English
• Experience in compliance and legal function in related field company; banking or financial institutions 
• Excellent problem solving and analytical
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
• Good in computer skills
