GROUPS & MICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Create quotations and proposals for Thailand and Indochina destinations
• Supervise all the services for the group/event, such as accommodation, meetings, transportation, activities and gala dinners consistently, delivering events of exceptional quality and efficiency and acting as liaison between the client and the suppliers.
• Build rapport with key accounts and process all overseas travel agencies requests by e-mail or calls, tackle customer complains, initiate appropriate action and follow through to effective resolution
• Maintain good relationship with hotel suppliers, negotiate competitive rates, allotments , perform market research, attend FAM trips, attend key industry events and networking opportunities where required.
• Understand the company products to be able to offer the right services to fit the clients requirements
• Coordinate with Reservation & Operation Departments in order to deliver high quality services on spot
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and assignments given by Department Manager and/or GM

Desired education and qualifications:

• This position is open for Thai nationals only.
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English and Spanish.
• 1-3 Years minimum experience in professional Thai company or MICE related business
• Bachelor degree. Education in Tourism related field is an advantage
• Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles and prioritize job.
• Ability to work within a team with commercial and strategic awareness
