Key tasks and responsibilities
• Interpreting the brand’s needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Communicating with Merchandisers to meet their design requirements/requests for banners, campaigns, and onsite web updates

• Working with a wide range of media
• Creating up-to-date design solutions from the creative briefs forwarded to by request
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/ College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in E-Commerce, Digital Ads Agency.

• Leadership and management skill
• Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,Xd etc)
• Familiar with Facebook, Google networks, Newsletter banners creation
• Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
• Confidence to present and explain ideas to colleagues
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
