Job Description

Job purpose

  • Creating graphic / images for a variety of commercial needs with excellent graphic solutions and trends.
  • Organizing facilities and manage all event’s details to meet department’s members satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
  • Lead the design process for packaging, brochure and commercial stuff, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustration, company logos, packaging sample product, Advertising media, POSM and other commercial artworks
  • Completing projects by coordinating with project owners, outside agencies, art service, printer, etc.
  • Event plan, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
  • Liaise with internal & external clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback and periodic reports
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
  • Support and assist Expatriates in various issues (HR, translation, etc.) 
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Design or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in  graphic design, events planning/organizing, and commercial support. 
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Good personality and service mind
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • MS Office proficiency, Photoshop, Illustrator & Video Maker is required
  • Strong command of all English skills.
