We’re currently looking for candidate to join our Online Marketing team to contribute and drive our fintech business to grow up in high competitive market. As a Google Ads specialist (SEM, GDN, UAC and Youtube), you will work with many online specialists to find the solution on how to drive better performance (app download, customer retention etc.). And, you may collaborate with cross-functional team of Marketing and Website/ App developer on solving specific issues or problem.
As social Google ads optimizer, you have to monitor your campaigns and initiate for upcoming campaign to achieve assigned KPIs from your team lead.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze channel performance in order to build best practices and drive recommendations to the team
- Build and Drive Google ads strategy and monitor related KPIs
- Promote app / website and manage Google ads.
- Collaborate with other departments to get information and identify key messages.
- Reallocate campaign’s budget to achieve goals, and to ensure that we have efficient use of budget for each single campaign.
Qualifications:
- 1– 4 Year work experience (Junior welcome!)
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Excellent command of English (Write, Speak, Read and Listen)
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft word
- Having knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) would be a plus
- Having basic coding on Facebook API, Javascript, PHP, SQL and HTML would be a strong plus
