Job Descriptions:
- Develop following products to target client i.e. Custodian, Fund Supervisory and Bond
- Make ongoing development and improvement of sales and strategy plans to ensure access to and response to customer demand
- Explore how to fulfill the needs of each customer or new customer in order to expand customer base
- Prepare and update SOP – Standard Operation Procedures and product program and submit them for approval according to the bank process in place
- Analyze each customer’s requirements so as to have information available for preparation of presentation and proposal to the customer
- Manage and coordinate with other related Business Units across the bank to ensure smooth operations
- Meet with and advise relevant business associations such as Custodian Club, Bond Dealers Club, Fund Manager Club, Thailand Securities Depository and The Securities and Exchange Commission, Bank of Thailand, etc., seeking to expand markets and promote the product and services in charge as mentioned above
- Conduct analysis of major businesses and prospects for profit generation and sales of the products and services in charge as mentioned above
- Coordinate with other Business Units such as IVS, COD, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit , Risk Management, Branch Operations, Strategy and Finance to ensure operation is in line with the SOP both before and after sales for enhanced efficiency
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head, Securities Service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related fields
- Welcome new graduated and Minimum 3-5 years in Mutual Fund, Provident Fund, and Private Fund
- Proven leadership skill and business acumen-performance driven.
- Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
- Good command of English
