Get to Know our Team: 

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda’s office infrastructure and staff connectivity. We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allows staff to achieve their goals. We operate in 10 different countries, providing 24/7 support to all Agoda employees. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best of on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.

The Opportunity:

For our team in Bangkok, we are looking for candidates with video conference and Office Infrastructure support and troubleshooting experience.  Information Technology is Agoda’s core competency, and an IT career with us provides excellent growth opportunities in an exciting, multicultural environment.

In this Role, you’ll get to: 

  • Monitor and respond to tickets relating to meeting room, workstations, IT equipment and other issue
  • Ensure that all meeting room facilities are functioning as they should
  • Troubleshoot any IT equipment in the meeting rooms and report on any issues encountered
  • Work together with the Admin team to fix facility issues such as blinds, cables, etc. Responsible for all meeting rooms facilities and live events, inhouse and streaming
  • Responsible for tidiness of the meeting rooms and ensuring timely response to issues raised

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Able to follow meeting room checklists, check and setup basic IT equipment and phones
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Has a good customer service mind and understand customer needs
  • The ability to communicate in both Thai and English will be considered as an advantage for this position
  • Knowledge, interest and willingness to learn IT troubleshooting

It’s Great if you have:

Experience with Cisco Video Conference hardware, Crestron meeting room hardware and conferencing software such as Teams, Bluejeans, Webex and Zoom
