Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and energetic Clinical Doctor for our Thailand operations to provide clinical care, support partnership engagement with clients, and act as a clinical advisor for MyDoc. The clinical care will be provided through physical or offline clinic and tele-consultation (virtual consultation, prescription, medical certificates, referral) on the MyDoc Platform.


The core responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Perform both physical or offline and virtual consultations for corporate B2B clients and B2C customers (physical clinic, virtual consultation, prescription, medical certificates, referral) on the MyDoc Platform.
  • To engage and promote MyDoc and telemedicine to corporate clients and customers
  • To advise MyDoc on clinical operations, clinical standards and other clinical matters.
  • To engage, coordinate and provide overall clinical supervision forsubcontracted doctors who are working for MyDoc
  • To advice MyDoc to set up the clinic for corporate clients


The candidate will also work with the Clinical Operations Team and assist in supporting the agreed clinical and business requirements and Service Level Agreements, by managing and resolving all support issues pertaining to clinical care.

Customer and Client services engagement

  • Provide advice on all clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs) that governs MyDoc clinical services and assist clinician training on the platform
  • Work closely with Business Users to advise on clinical guidelines and SOP that influence their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with overall team to ensure quick response and definition of all clinical incidents and problems

SLA Management and Service Reporting

  • Ensures all clinical policies are accurate and meet established requirements
  • Regularly evaluate issues which cause clinical service interruption and provide remediation plans.
  • Manage continuous feedback from both clinicians and patients on the efficacy of SLAs as well as SOPs and work with the team for improvement plan.
  • Advise on all clinical audits and other related audit matters

Incident and Problem management

  • To ensure all incidents/problems are identified accurately
  • To advise on the resolution of clinical incidents and ensure process improvement measures are put in-place.

People Management

  • Supporting the Thailand GM for hiring and training additional members of the clinical operations team
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and clinical providers


  • Qualified Doctor with 3-5 years minimum medical licensed practice in Thailand
  • Demonstrated experience in working with diverse business groups in digital healthcare
  • Ability to engage with clinical providers and other healthcare professionals in multiple settings and locations
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai; Chinese/Laos would be a bonus
