Responsibility

• Provide overall manufacturing operations direction to the plant facility setting annual goals and executing initiatives

• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations.

• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility, while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

• Being responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

• Allocating resources effectively and fully utilizing assets to produce optimal results.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Accountable for all supply chain and procurement activities of the factory.
• Over see all staff of each section such as HR,Admin,Store,..

• Concern all business about company for minimized profit.

Qualification

• Age over 35 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related feild.

• Over 10 years of experiences in relate field. Experiences with polymer business will be advantage.
