Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage other game programmers in the team, within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Review and assess technical implications of designer requirements.
• Provide technical and mathematical expertise to the designed for game balancing when required.
• Work on mobile platforms (Android, iOS) in C# with Unity 3D.
• Work with 3rd party API as required by the game systems: back-end, analytics, etc.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science.
• Knowledge and experience of Unity 3D and C#
• At least 5 years of experience in the Game Industry, with validated experience in a senior/lead position.
• Capability to mentor and manage other programmers, and take responsibility with their workload estimates and deliveries.
• Good English proficiency.
