หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ : 

• จัดเก็บเอกสาร ประสานงาน ดูแลการต่ออายุ ภาษี พรบ ประกันตัวรถ ประกันสินค้าของรถบริษัท และรถร่วม
  
• ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายอุปกรณ์ประจำรถและทำการประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อในการเปิด PRซื้ออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบรวบรวมและบันทึกค่าน้ำมันในระบบ
• รับวางบิลร้านค้า(ซ่อมรถและซื้ออุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับรถ)
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ :

• การศึกษาระดับปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ
• มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี ด้านธุรการและจัดซื้อ
• มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น (Excel) และงานเอกสาร งานภาษี พรบ. ประกันรถ เบื้องต้น
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ, มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์, มีใจรักการบริการ, ทักษะการสื่อสาร, การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
