Responsibility:
- Provide monthly Group consolidated financial statements, presenting the key findings and deliver insightful analysis to stakeholders.
- Participate in finance transformation process by standardizing group’ s reporting process and improving accounting policies.
- Work closely with group auditor and local auditors to ensure smooth year end audit.
- Facilitating business planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
- Providing group guidelines and financial instructions to subsidiaries
- Providing regular training to finance professionals in the group
- Managing cross functional projects with a focus on process improvement and increased efficiency
- Evaluating group’s utilization of working capital and advising corrective actions to improve group’s cash flow.
- Participating in various finance projects.
- Managing group’s treasury function
Qualification:
- Thai National,
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting; knowledgeable about IFRS standard.
- At least 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting in multinational companies,
- IDEALLY experience with a Big 4 accounting firm
- excellent knowledge and experience in ERP system
- Experience in financial planning, analysis and consolidation
- Good at making presentation for the board
- Good English language skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office and other software skills
- can clearly articulate, present and deliver messages to stakeholders; good interpersonal skill Strong problem solving skills, highly analytical
- Agile and quick to adjust to changes
- Eager to learn new things and continuous looking for process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through complexity of matrix organization.
- Ability to execute and follow-through to completion of project and implementations with minimal supervision
