Job Description
A Financial Controller (x1 vacancy) job has become available at a leading manufacturing company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to Finance Director, this is a role for an outstanding Financial Controller with solid background in manufacturing company.
About the Finance Controller Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead all accounting, controlling and costing activities and manage teams. As this role, you will be in charge of working on the reporting standards and data gathered. The salary range for this role is 100k - 120k THB per month + provident fund + allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end, year-end closing
- Oversee and ensure the compliance of related law and regulations i.e. Revenue Code, Customs Act
- Set budgets, develop financial plans, follow up and explain the variances
- Partner with Sales Director to drive financial performance
- Analyse business performance; the profitability, gross margin, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold
- Manage the company's transaction, debts and cash flow forecasting
- Develop, improve business process and initiate procedures
- Manage compliance check according to local and global policy
- Understand tax implication in retail and distributor business
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy
- Five years experiences in accounting and finance in manufacturing or retail business
- Experience using SAP
- Business level in English both writing and speaking
