The job description for the position of Financial Analyst is as follows:

• Assist in analysis, structuring and managing corporate finance transactions
• Coordinate and assist clients in transaction-related matters

At the minimum, the candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree, with concentration in Finance and/or Accounting
• Able to perform and model financial projections and valuations of companies
• Preferably with working experience in a similar firm or field
• Proficient in Office® applications, i.e. Excel®, PowerPoint®, Word® and Publisher®
• Fluent in written and oral English, apart from Thai
• Thai national

Salary will commensurate with experience. The Managing Director would personally develop and provide on-the-job training for the selected individual.
